Capture the property, then work room by room
Start with the property details and a cover photograph. Record external observations in the areas that matter, then add your internal rooms. Each finding has its own observation and recommendation, so different issues in the same room remain clear. You can attach several photographs to a room or to a particular finding and add captions that explain what each image shows.
Finish the wording when the visit allows
You do not need to finish every sentence while standing in the property. Save photographs and quick notes, continue through the survey and return to the detail later. The optional Improve wording buttons develop the passage you select into professional prose. You can edit the suggestion, keep the original or accept the wording. The inspection and the final judgement remain yours.
Present the report under your company name
Upload your company logo and add your report contact details, website and address. The PDF gives your logo space on the cover and repeats it in the page headers. Recorded photographs stay with their rooms or findings. Short observations and recommendations are kept together where space allows, and unused preset rooms are excluded from the report.
Keep the summary useful
The optional premium executive-summary tool brings together the findings and recommended works you have recorded. It is designed to give a larger survey a fuller overview without copying every room paragraph. Review and edit the draft before accepting it. You can also write the conclusion yourself. Writing assistance needs an internet connection; it does not replace your site inspection.

Can I finish a damp report back at the office?
Yes. Save room photographs and notes during the visit, then return to observations, recommendations and the overall conclusion before your final review.
Can a room contain several different damp issues?
Yes. Record separate findings within the same room and give each one its own observations, recommendations and photographs.
Does the software decide the cause of damp?
No automatic diagnosis is required. You record the condition, your findings and the work you recommend. Optional wording help is reviewed by you before use.
